Available features

Each Assistant reply includes several actions located at the end of the message:

  • πŸ“‹ Copy the reply Easily copy the generated text to reuse it in a document, an email, or a Teams message. This option remains available even after you submit feedback.

  • πŸ“Š Download the table If the reply contains a table (for example, a summary of agreements or extracted data), you can download it in .csv with one click.

  • πŸ‘ / πŸ‘Ž Give feedback Give your opinion on the quality of the reply you received:

    • πŸ‘ : indicates that the reply was helpful to you.

    • πŸ‘Ž : opens a dropdown menu to specify the type of problem encountered:

    You can also add a comment (up to 1,000 characters). This feedback is shared with our internal teams, who may contact you to better understand the context and refine the Assistant’s behavior.

Show sources

When a reply is based on your documents, an icon πŸ‘ Show sources appears. It allows you to:

  • View the original source documents directly (contract, annex, clause, etc.);

  • Navigate between multiple sources using the arrows (↑ ↓);

  • See your position in the list of sources (e.g., β€œ2 of 5”).

Where do these actions appear?

The actions are displayed at the end of each Assistant message, depending on the type of content:

  • Under a search result

  • Under a document list

  • Under the final answer to your question (intermediate clarification questions do not contain actions)

Use of feedback

Feedback shared by users helps improve the quality and accuracy of replies over time.

  • Reactions are tracked to better understand usage and adjust improvement priorities.

  • Detailed comments may be reviewed by Product and Support teams to enrich the knowledge base and optimize future replies.
