Your feedback is invaluable for improving Formality. It informs our thinking and helps us prioritize development. Each idea is reviewed carefully: some naturally fit into our roadmap, others inspire future developments or feed our strategic thinking.
How to share feedback or an idea
From the platform
Click on your Personal settings (initials at the bottom left).
Select Feedback & Roadmap.
Describe your feedback or the feature you would like to see added.
From Slack or Teams
If the integration is enabled, you can send your feedback directly via the dedicated command in the connected channel.
With your CSM
During your regular meetings with your Customer Success Manager, you can share your needs. They will be passed on to the Product team for evaluation.
What happens after you submit?
Your suggestion is recorded and linked to our internal Product Roadmap.
The Product team reviews it to determine how it fits with the current vision and priorities.
Accepted ideas may be scheduled, tested as previews, or included in an upcoming release. Others help shape our understanding of usage and inspire future developments.
FAQ
How can I know if my request has been considered?
All suggestions are analyzed. Your CSM will inform you if your request is accepted or if it feeds further long-term consideration.
Can I track the progress of requested features?
We do not yet offer real-time tracking within the platform. However, major developments are shared during client reviews and via our release notes.
What if my request is very specific to my organization?
Even if it does not match the standard roadmap, we look for alternatives with your CSM, for example via workflows or integrations.
By sharing your feedback, you help guide the evolution of Formality, whether it’s immediate new features or inspirations for the future.
