Only administrators can create, modify, or delete a shared view.
Shared views allow administrators to prepare in advance filters and columns tailored to team needs.
Result: your users no longer need to build their tables manually; they access clear, ready-to-use information directly.
How to create a shared view?

Go to your Contract library
Create a view by clicking on the "+" (or select an existing view).

Click Edit views
Click Share

Select members
A drawer opens, similar to the member management drawer of a group, to select the users who will use this view

Confirm
The shared view now appears in the list, to the right of personal views, with a dedicated icon to distinguish them
Rules to know
Viewing : users can view these views and see the applied filters, but cannot modify or hide them
Deletion : a shared view cannot be converted into a private view. To remove it, it must be deleted
Examples of views
👩⚖️ Legal team : a “Contracts expiring in 90 days” view
💰 Finance team : a “Agreements over €50K/year” view
🏢 Asset managers : a “Leases by site with renewal clauses” view
📊 Cross-functional project : a “All contracts related to restructuring X” view
💡 Tip :Name your shared views with an emoji at the start of the title (e.g.: 💰 Budget +50K, 👩⚖️ Legal deadlines, 🏢 View by site). This helps spot them immediately in the list!
