What can I do with the Slack or Teams integration?
Ask questions to theFormality Assistant directly in Slack/Teams.
Import documents (by drag-and-drop into Slack or via the app tab in Teams).
Receive automatic notifications and reminders about your contracts (deadlines, renewals, approvals).
How do I know if the integration is properly enabled?
Once connected, you will see the app Formality appear in your list of Slack/Teams apps.
➡️ If it does not appear, go back to Formality > Integrations Hub to check the connection status.
Can I use Slack and Teams at the same time?
Yes. You can connect multiple messaging integrations. Each workspace (Slack or Teams) will operate independently, with access to the assistant and alerts.
What should I do if I don't receive notifications in Slack or Teams?
Check that your account is properly connected in the Integrations Hub.
Make sure the email address used in Slack/Teams is the same as in Formality.
If the problem persists, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Formality support.
