💡 Files are sorted chronologically, and you can also easily find them using the title search.

Why use the Outlook integration?

  • Time savings : no need to download, rename, then manually upload your attachments anymore.

  • Simplicity : everything is done from your mailbox, with one click.

  • Traceability : each document is automatically linked to its Outlook origin for better tracking.

Good to know - Document origin

Each imported document displays a symbol indicating its source :

  • ✉️ Outlook : documents added via the extension

  • 📂 Formality : direct import on the platform

  • 🔗 Other integrations (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Universign...)

This helps you quickly identify where each document in your workspace came from.
