What you need to know to get started with Formality
Wondering where to start with Formality? Let’s go! 🚀
Formality is a single space that centralizes everything that matters for your organization:
your assets (the heart of the platform!),
the agreements that govern them,
the entities that oversee them,
and the reminders that make sure nothing is forgotten.
Here are a few key points to know to get started.
Groups and permissions
Each person belongs to one or more groups. These groups determine:
what you can see,
what you can do (read, contribute, edit…).
Result: only the right people access the right items. If an Agreement or an entity is not visible, that’s normal: it means you haven’t been authorized yet.
Modules
Formality brings together several interconnected modules:
Contract Management : your agreements
Asset Management : your assets
Corporate Management : your entities
Each module talks to the others: you no longer lose the link between a contract, its asset, and the entity that oversees it.
Login
You can access Formality in several ways:
🔐 Login via SSO
Access the platform without a password via Microsoft SSO or Google Workspace.
✉️ Login via magic link
You can log in using a magic link sent by email.
The link is valid for 15 minutes.
Set the language
You can personalize the interface and the Assistant in the language of your choice:
Open your Personal Settings : click on your initial at the bottom left of the screen
Go to the Preferences
Select the desired language
The Assistant and the interface will then automatically use the defined language.
