Outlook Add-in Integration - When available on store

Connect your emails to your documents: add email attachments and manage your documents without switching apps!

Only a administrator of the workspace can enable the Outlook integration.

Prerequisites

• Have a administrator account on both Formality and on Microsoft 365

• Have installed the Formality extension for Outlook

What does the Outlook integration allow?

• Attachment management: add your email attachments to your Formality workspace with one click

• You can add all attachments in PDF format to Formality in seconds, for simple document collection between your mailbox and your workspace

How to connect Formality to Outlook

Go to the Integrations Hub

In Formality, go to Workspace Settings then open the Integrations Hub.

Connect Outlook

Select Outlook and click Connect.

If the integration is not yet enabled, a message will ask you to contact your administrator: click copy the consent link and share it with them

Authorize the connection

Follow the instructions to authorize the connection with your account Microsoft 365.

Open Outlook

Go to your Outlook app or the web version.

Enable the Formality extension

When viewing an email, click the Formality Extension icon in the extensions bar.

Manage your documents

The Formality interface opens and allows you to manage your attachments and to access your workspace directly.

Each imported document displays a symbol indicating its source :
