It may happen that you cannot find an Agreement in Formality. Here are the two main possible explanations:

The Agreement has not yet been imported

The document you are looking for may not be available in Formality. In that case, we recommend contacting your colleagues to check whether it has indeed been added to the contract repository.

You do not have the necessary permissions

Some Agreements are linked to Entities or to parties that you do not yet have access to. To confirm, contact one of your administrators. If needed, you can also ask your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to adjust your access rights.

If an Agreement or a party seems unfindable, first check its existence in Formality with your colleagues. If the item is indeed present, make sure your access rights are correctly configured with the help of your administrators or your CSM.
