file-xmarkeSignature integrations: What to do if a signed document does not appear in Formality?

When you use an electronic signature integration (Docusign, Universign…), finalized documents are automatically imported into your Agreements. If a document does not appear, here are the checks to perform:

Check the integration connection

Go to Settings > Integrations Hub and make sure that your account Docusign or Universign correctly displays the status Connected. ➡️ If this is not the case, reconnect the integration.

Verify the email address used

The email address of your Formality account must be identical to the one used for the electronic signature.

  • If you are unsure, click on your initials at the bottom left of Formality, then open Personal settings to verify your address.

  • If it differs, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to update it.

Check the document status in the signing tool

A document in mid-signature (pending or rejected) does not yet appear in Formality. ➡️ Log in to Docusign or Universign to verify that the signature has been finalized.

Contact support if necessary

If, after these steps, your document is still not visible in Formality:

  • Contact your CSM or

  • Write directly to [email protected] indicating:

    • The name of the Agreement concerned

    • The date it was sent for signature

    • The integration used (Docusign, Universign...)
