If the option Edit does not appear on an Agreement, an Entity or a Counterparty, it is generally related to your access rights.
Your permissions depend on the group you belong to. Only users who have been granted contributor or manager rights can modify certain items.
If you believe you should have access to make changes, contact a Administrator in your workspace to verify and adjust your rights.
