arrow-progressWorkflows: automate your approvals and never miss a renewal again

Structure your contract processes, assign the right teams and anticipate your deadlines automatically.

Forgotten renewals. Approvals lost in emails. Notices sent too late.

The workflow Studio turns your internal processes into clear, assigned and traceable circuits. Each Agreement follows a defined path. Teams know what to do. Legal remains in control.

Why implement workflows?

Without a workflow:

  • Decisions circulate by email

  • Deadlines depend on team memory

  • Post-signature obligations fall through the cracks

  • No one really knows “what’s the status”

With a workflow:

  • Each step is assigned to an specific group

  • Each action has a defined timeframe

  • Teams receive automatic notifications

  • All approvals are traceable

You move from ad hoc tracking to structured management.

What you can configure

For each workflow, you define:

  • A name (e.g.: Client renewal – KAM)

  • The groups involved

  • The overall duration

  • The steps, which can be:

    • An approval

    • A task

    • A comment

    • A field to fill in

  • The duration of each step

Start simple: 2 to 3 steps are enough to cover 80% of cases.

2. Legal execution (7 days) The Legal group formalizes the renewal:

  • either using existing clauses,

  • or via an updated new contract.

1. Operational approval (7 days) The Ops team assesses the supplier’s suitability.

2. Legal execution (7 days) Legal finalizes and secures the renewed contract.

💡 Best practices

  • Create your groups before adding agreements

  • Always assign clear responsibility

  • Test on a pilot agreement

  • Adjust after a first real cycle

A workflow is not fixed. It evolves with your organization.

Everything is connected

  • Your Agreements

  • Your legal Entities

Formality doesn’t just store your contracts. The platform brings them to life.

  • Less dependence on a single person

  • Legal in control, without becoming a bottleneck

Your contracts no longer sleep in a folder. They move forward.
