What are Views?

With Views, all your search criteria are saved for easier analysis and an overview that matches your needs.

• A single access point : no need to juggle multiple filters or columns anymore, everything is grouped in a single panel

• Time saving : apply multiple rules at once and quickly find the agreement or portfolio of agreements you are looking for

• More flexibility : combine multiple conditions (date, agreement type, parties, value, etc.) to get exactly the view you need

🔍 How does it work?

From your Contract Library, click on the "+" next to the "Edit views" tab

Name your new view

Give it a name you will easily find.

In the side panel, add as many rules as needed

• Select the field (agreement type, date, clause, value…)

• Choose the operator (is, contains, is before, etc.)

• Enter the value if necessary

Apply your filters

Click the "Apply filters" button. The list of agreements updates instantly.

Edit if needed

To the right of the tabs, click on Edit views to adjust your filters.

Each rule is checked automatically: if information is missing, the platform indicates it without blocking your search.

• Spot all supplier contracts whoseexpiration is scheduled before June 30

• Identify the leases that do not contain an early termination clause

• List the customer contracts with an annual value greater than €100,000
