🔁 Change the platform language

In your personal settings, you can choose to display Formality in French or in English. All navigation is translated automatically: menus, pages and agreement summaries. This is especially useful for international teams, for example when an Asset Manager prefers to view contracts written in English in French.

✏️ Translate a text field

When you enter a description or a clause, you can instantly translate it by clicking the icon 🌐 planet next to the field. The platform offers translation into French, English or Spanish. Thus, a Property Manager based in Spain can share a lease description translated into English for their legal colleagues.

💬 Query the Assistant

The Formality Assistant automatically adapts to the language you use. If you ask it a question in French, it will answer you in French, even if the source documents are written in another language. This saves time and avoids any ambiguity in the analysis of multilingual agreements.
